Why Elysium exists
Elysium Earth Global is a voluntary, non-profit and charitable organisation founded in Oslo in May 2026. Its role is simple: to hold the funds, the accountability and the legal responsibility that transparent humanitarian work requires, so that the projects on the ground can focus entirely on delivering results.

How it works
One umbrella. One operational partner. Direct impact.
Elysium Earth Global does not run projects itself. It commissions a qualified operational partner under a formal cooperation agreement, and oversees how every krone is used. Its designated partner, ELYRA Earth, is currently being established.

Receives donations and grants, holds legal and financial responsibility, and reports as a registered Norwegian non-profit.
ELYRA Earth
Being established as the operational partner: a transparency platform connecting sponsors directly with community projects, under a separate cooperation agreement.
Community projects
Village-level initiatives in education, welfare and development, with progress sponsors can follow directly.

What the umbrella structure guarantees
Registered and regulated
Founded in Oslo and registered with the Brønnøysund Register Centre, including the Register of Non-Profit Organisations (Frivillighetsregisteret).
Built for tax-efficient giving
The organisation is structured to meet the requirements for recognised charitable status in Norway, so that gifts can qualify for available donor benefits.
Separation of duties
Governance and funding sit with Elysium; operations sit with the operational partner. A formal agreement defines mandates, reporting and child-protection standards.

Elected at the founding meeting on 6 May 2026, the board holds full responsibility for the organisation’s funds, reporting and compliance.
